1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store available at www.papeora.com

(“Website”) operated by Pavla Miksová, IN (IČ) 04065794, located at Podebradova 2264, Uvaly, 250 82, Czech Republic (“Seller”, “we”, “us”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell digitally downloadable papercraft templates, printable craft patterns, and cutting-machine-friendly files (“Digital Products”).

3. Products

  1. All products sold on this Website are digital goods only.
  2. No physical items are shipped.
  3. File formats may include SVG, DXF, PDF, PNG, ZIP, or others as stated on the product page.
  4. The Digital Products require appropriate software, equipment, and crafting skills.

4. Ordering & Payment

  1. Prices are listed in EUR (or the currency displayed on the Website).
  2. The Seller is not a VAT payer under Czech legislation.
  3. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal.
  4. A contract is formed when payment is successfully completed.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

  1. Digital Products are delivered within a few minutes immediately after payment via download link and/or email.
  2. No shipping fees apply.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct.
  4. Download links may have limited availability as stated on the Website.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing (Angel Policy)

6.1 General Copyright Notice

All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Papeora, Pavla Miksová.
Purchasing a file grants you a license to use, not ownership.

Redistributing, sharing, reselling, or posting the files online is strictly prohibited.

6.2 STANDARD LICENSE (included with purchase)
The Standard License allows:
  • Personal use
  • Classroom use (one teacher, one classroom, up to 30 students)
  • Limited commercial use (product-specific limits are defined on the product page)
  • Sale of physical handmade items only
The Standard License does NOT allow:
  • Unlimited production
  • Multi-classroom or team use
  • Print-on-demand (POD) services
  • File sharing, gifting, or digital resale
  • Uploading files to shared or POD platforms
  • Creating new digital products from these files
6.3 EXTENDED LICENSE (optional upgrade)

The Extended (Unlimited) Commercial License allows:

  • Unlimited production of physical products
  • Multi-teacher / multi-classroom use
  • Small business commercial production
  • Unlimited selling of physical products with no quantity tracking
The Unlimited Commercial License does NOT allow:
  • Print-on-demand (POD) services
  • Digital resale or file sharing
  • Uploading files to shared or POD platforms
  • Creating new digital products from these files
  • Mass manufacturing or outsourcing
IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Only one license applies per purchase.
  • License terms apply to the option selected at checkout (standard / extended).
  • This license applies to the production of physical handmade items only.
  • Product-specific limits and usage details are defined on the product page.
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the designer.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Digital templates may require the use of cutting machines, scissors, craft knives, hot glue guns, and other tools.
By purchasing and using our templates, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own safety.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from crafting activities or equipment use.

Always follow your cutting machine manufacturer’s safety guidelines.

8. Craftsmanship Disclaimer

The final result depends on your personal crafting skills, tools, materials, and technique.
We are not responsible for:

  • imperfections
  • assembly mistakes
  • cutting inaccuracies
  • results that differ from product photos

Your outcome may vary.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

  1. Under EU law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase.
  2. This right does NOT apply after downloading or accessing digital content, provided you consented to immediate delivery.
  3. If you have not downloaded the files, you may request withdrawal at hello@papeora.com

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Generally, digital goods cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded.

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • crafting injuries or damages,
  • software or hardware issues,
  • compatibility failures with your equipment,
  • indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Disputes will be resolved by the Czech courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective upon posting.
