Refund policy

1. Digital Products Only

We sell digital products delivered instantly after purchase.
No physical goods are shipped.

2. No Refunds After Download

Once the digital files have been downloaded or accessed, no refunds can be issued.
This is due to the nature of digital goods (they cannot be returned).
We cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

3. EU Withdrawal Rights

EU customers may request a refund only if the files have not been downloaded and only within 14 days of purchase.
To request a withdrawal, contact: hello@papeora.com.

4. File Issues

If your file is damaged/incomplete/cannot be opened, please contact us and we will:

• send a corrected file, OR
• send a new download link, OR
• issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you purchased the same item more than once by mistake, we will refund the duplicate order.

6. Safety & Craftsmanship Disclaimers

We are not responsible for:

• any injuries resulting from cutting tools, machines, or crafting activities
• imperfections caused by manual crafting skills, materials, or equipment
